InnerWorkings Partners With SNP to Expand BPO Print Services in Asia

Chicago, IL April 3, 2006 —InnerWorkings announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with SNP, the leading printing group in the Asia Pacific, to provide business process outsourcing of printed materials in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. "We view Asia as a large growth market and expect that this alliance will help to fuel our continued success globally.” As part of the agreement, SNP will leverage InnerWorkings’ proprietary PPM4 technology which streamlines and automates the print procurement and management process. “In entering a strategic relationship with InnerWorkings, SNP hopes to nurture and expand the business process outsourcing business in Singapore, Hong Kong and China where SNP sees potential for growth,” said Yeo Chee Tong, President and Chief Executive Officer of SNP.
