Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, Feb. 17 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year agreement to print AT&T Yellow Pages' telephone directories in a dozen states across the country, the company announced today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. St. Louis-based AT&T Yellow Pages, the world's largest directory publisher, publishes more than 100 million directories a year, which comprise more than 700 different telephone directory titles. It also provides the fastest growing Internet Yellow Pages service through YELLOWPAGES.COM. "AT&T Yellow Pages and RR Donnelley have been doing business together for more than 100 years," said John Paloian, RR Donnelley group president, Publishing & Retail Services. The new deal includes directories produced for AT&T Yellow Pages in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Connecticut, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and, upon the expiration of an existing agreement, in California and Nevada. "The unprecedented magnitude of this agreement is a reflection of the importance and value that both parties place on our relationship," Paloian said. "It seems fitting that the world's largest directory publisher and the world's largest directory printer will continue to be working together. We are very proud and excited that AT&T Yellow Pages has the confidence in our performance to award us this new work and contract extension." Dennis Payne, president of AT&T Yellow Pages stated, "The cornerstone of our success remains the superb value and competitive edge we provide our advertisers. Integral in providing these services is a keen focus on quality, efficiency, flexibility and speed in our production processes. RR Donnelley continues to be a partner who understands how to support these efforts." RR Donnelley's entire directory manufacturing platform will be used to produce the directories under the new agreement. This will allow RR Donnelley the ability to provide the greatest degree of manufacturing schedule flexibility possible in producing AT&T Yellow Pages directories.
