Global Document Solutions Acquires Best Strategy

NEW YORK--Feb. 13, 2006--Global Document Solutions (GDS), a leading provider of state-of-the-art electronic and print-based customer communications, announced today that it has acquired Best Strategy, a Hayward, California-based integrator of the latest on-demand printing, mailing, and Web technologies. Best Strategy is an information delivery company supported by modern software solutions and multi-function back office support. Best Strategy provides a wide variety of services, including data distribution management, print on demand, digital print, creative design, state-of-the-art letter shop, focused software marketing delivery, and extensive lead generation, seminars and support. "This acquisition will provide us with a solid west coast presence and will enable us to expand our ability to offer high-quality technology-driven solutions to our client base, strengthening our sales and production capabilities as well as our overall market position," said Mark Goodstadt, Chairman and CEO of GDS.
