Press release from the issuing company

Jerusalem – February 2, 2006 – HumanEyes Technologies, Ltd. today announced the appointment of Duby Hodd to the position of CEO. Hodd has been with HumanEyes since May 2005 as COO of the company. Departing CEO and company co-founder, Gideon Ben Zvi, will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors. “We appreciate the fine work that Gideon Ben Zvi has done for HumanEyes, helping to launch the company and establish it as a world leader in the field of 3D imaging,” explains Benny Landa, HumanEyes Chairman. “Going forward, we are confident that Duby Hodd is eminently well suited to lead HumanEyes and to manage the company's anticipated growth.” Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Hodd said, “I am honored to take the helm at HumanEyes. It’s a very exciting period for the company, thanks to Gideon and a great team.” Hodd says he is encouraged by the company’s potential, evidenced by its current sales presence on four continents in the two short years since the 3D product line’s debut. “We have received very distinguished industry awards and are moving actively into new, burgeoning markets. We are in the privileged position of having so many substantial opportunities knocking on our door. I am looking forward to guiding and leading the company at this pivotal juncture.” Hodd joined HumanEyes after spending the previous five years as COO for Magink Display Technologies, an innovative start-up developing digital ink display technology. Prior to Magink he served for five years as a Principal at American Management Systems (AMS), one of the world’s largest IT Systems Integration firms. Hodd holds a B.Sc. Information Systems Engineering degree from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from George Washington University, USA.
