Midlothian, Texas January 19, 2006 – Ennis, Inc. has announced the appointment of Terry Pennington as Vice President of the Forms Solutions Group. In this position, Mr. Pennington will join the current management team in running Ennis’ Print Segment with a focus on the forms and promotional printing facilities. He comes to Ennis from Cenveo where he was an Executive Vice President with P&L responsibility for 13 printing facilities. Terry has worked in the printing industry for 25 years. During his tenure at Cenveo, he focused on labels and document production having responsibility for Lancer Labels. Prior to his position with Cenveo, Mr. Pennington worked as an Account Executive at Bowater, Inc. “His background in labels as well as his knowledge of the customer base will be invaluable in migrating new business into the Ennis Print Segment,” says Ennis Executive Vice President, Mike Magill. Ennis CEO, Keith Walters, stated, “We are excited about the addition of Terry to the Ennis team. The experience that he brings to our Print Segment will be an important resource as we continue to grow.” Mr. Pennington graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Richardson, Texas and his office will be located at the Ennis Corporate Office in Midlothian, Texas.
