MGI will also be unveiling their new high speed double sided hot roll laminator designed specifically for digital toner based output, the PowerLam. The Meteor DP40, like the Meteor DP 30, retains the ability to switch from Paper to Plastic substrates within seconds and print at 1800 DPI and 200 LPI with full Variable Data and no click charges. The Meteor DP 40 is very aggressively priced in terms of Total Cost of Ownership and Cost of Production, and does not have any click charges.
