RR Donnelley Completes Sale of Peak Technologies to Platinum Equity

CHICAGO, Dec. 23 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that it has completed its previously announced sale of Peak Technologies to Platinum Equity. Peak Technologies, an integrator of automatic identification and data collection equipment and systems, has been reported as a discontinued operation since the fourth quarter of 2004. The transaction was announced on October 21, 2005.
