Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, Dec. 15 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that it has acquired Critical Mail Continuity Services Limited (CMCS), a privately-owned company. Based in the United Kingdom, CMCS serves financial services, telecommunication, utility, government and other large organizations with disaster recovery, business continuity, digital printing, and print-and-mail services. Business-to-consumer organizations use these services to assure that vital communications will not be interrupted by catastrophic damage to in-house processing centers, to handle peak period volumes, to access new digital printing technologies, and for technical support. "The addition of this superb facility enhances our business process outsourcing capabilities," said Dean E. Cherry, Group President, Integrated Print Solutions. "Adding this new resource expands our service offering to UK and European customers." The 32,000 square foot CMCS facility, located in Droitwich, England, will be operated as part of Astron, an RR Donnelley company.
