Xitron Announces Dealer Training Course Schedule

Ann Arbor, Michigan – January 16, 2006 – Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions; today announced their Dealer Training Course schedule for February-April 2006. The courses are offered at Xitron’s Educational Services & Support Training Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan providing Xitron dealers with the skills necessary to provide quality support to end-user customers. Courses available for February – April 2006 include: Navigator Basic, Navigator GPS and Xenith Extreme. The schedule is as follows: Navigator Basic February 20-21 Navigator GPS February 22-24 Navigator Basic March 20-21 Navigator GPS March 22-24 Xenith Extreme April 17-21 Navigator Basic covers the fundamentals of installation and setup for the Navigator RIP. Navigator GPS teaches more advance features including in-RIP trapping, color management, proofing plug-in integration and RIP Manager, Xitron’s workflow solution providing prepress workstation control for Harlequin RIPs. The Xenith Extreme course is designed to certify dealers to train and support the Xenith line of workflow solutions from Xitron. “Xitron is dedicated to dealer education as an extension of quality service and support for Xitron customers,” stated Bret Farrah, Xitron’s Vice President, Support Services. “All our courses include extensive hands-on classroom instruction and dealer technical personnel who are certified through our programs are fully qualified to provide the level of support Xitron customers expect.” Xitron dealers may sign up for these courses on the Xitron website at www.xitron.com in the Dealer Training Section or obtain additional information by contacting their Xitron Dealer Manager.
