KBA North America, a leading supplier of sheetfed offset and digital presses based in Williston, VT, has announced its partnership at Print 05 with EFI (Electronics for Imaging, Inc.) to integrate its KBA Logotronic Management System with EFI’s MIS solutions. To date, KBA’s Logotronic system is integrated with EFI’s 22.05 version of Logic. Future plans include all MIS solutions offered by EFI. “By forming this partnership with EFI, the EFI Logic and the KBA Logotronic customer will be able to communicate in a bi-directional manner where the Logic system will provide an electronic job ticket to the press, enabling automation in the set-up of the press.
