Cadmus Communications Relocates Content Services Operation to Columbia, MD

Press release from the issuing company

RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 11 -- Cadmus Communications Corporation today announced that it has relocated its Linthicum, MD Content Services Operation to a new facility in Columbia, MD. The new 65,000 square foot facility, located at 8621 Robert Fulton Drive in Columbia, offers improved meeting facilities for customers, a more organized work floor, and space to accommodate future growth. This location is more convenient for our Washington, DC area customers. The Columbia Operation provides editorial services, content management, and composition services to the world's leading scholarly publishers. The facility became fully operational on November 7, 2005. "This is a move that we have been planning for some time," said John Grinnell, Senior Vice President for U.S. Content Services. "We needed additional space to grow and meet the changing needs of our customers. The new facility was designed to focus on our customer-specific teams with all associates located in close proximity to facilitate seamless communication and quicker response times. We also have more room for training and customer meetings. The new facility also provides us with a high degree of security and backup for network connectivity and power to ensure uninterrupted operations. In addition to the Columbia, MD facility, Cadmus also provides Content Services from facilities in Richmond, VA, Ephrata, PA, and Mumbai and Chennai, India. These networked facilities process annually over one million pages of journal and book content.
