Palm Coast Data Selects Exstream Software's Dialogue

Press release from the issuing company

November 9, 2005—www.exstream.com—Exstream Software, Inc. announced today that Palm Coast Data LLC, a fulfillment solutions provider for the magazine publishing industry, has chosen its Dialogue enterprise personalization software to provide a single comprehensive infrastructure for its document creation and fulfillment services. Using Dialogue, Palm Coast Data is reducing development time and speeding time to market for personalized renewal notices, billing statements, change of address orders and other direct-response customer correspondence it provides for more than 300 magazines. Key drivers in the selection of Dialogue were its design environment, dynamic file import capabilities, and electronic review solution, which Palm Coast expects will shave days off the customer proofing process. Dialogue’s easy-to-navigate design interface is paving the way for a reduction in development time by giving staff with varying skill levels the ability to create and prepare page layouts and other applications for production. Its ease of use is also reducing time spent on application maintenance, since personalized documents can now be modified without the need for extensive programming. Additionally, the software’s dynamic file import capabilities add to the time-savings by automating the retrieval of images—such as magazine logos, titles and signatures—for “on the fly” insertion at run time. “We are very impressed with the robustness of Dialogue,” said Tim Rued, director of project management for Palm Coast Data. “We were looking for a solution that would grow with us and Dialogue provides a robustness and scalability that makes that possible. It is also very easy to learn and use, which has vastly improved our application development training curve. We have been extremely pleased with the entire experience with Exstream from our initial introduction through the full Dialogue implementation process.” Going forward, Palm Coast Data plans to meet customer expectations for better, faster service by using Dialogue for online exchange and approval of customer communications. This will eliminate the need to manually fax hard copy samples of each application to customers for review and approval, saving time and speeding time to market. Palm Coast Data’s level of excellence in magazine, membership and product fulfillment services is second to none,” said Jamie Harris, group vice president at Exstream. “Dialogue is the perfect solution for helping it deliver the high quality service that results in keeping customers 100 percent satisfied. We are very pleased that Dialogue is providing the single platform that fully supports all of Palm Coast Data’s personalized document and fulfillment needs.”
