Gammerler Experiences Record Sales at PRINT 05

Hanover Park, IL, October 21, 2005 – Gämmerler, the leading manufacturer of high quality inline finishing equipment and systems, announced record sales at PRINT 05 with purchases totaling well over three million dollars. Order highlights include multiple equipment purchases from Quad Graphics, Dartmouth Printing, The Worcester Telegram & Gazette, Lane Press, Transcontinental Printing and Signature Graphics. Additional orders were received from Engle Printing and Publishing, Nebraska Printing (Tampa, Florida), Vox Printing and Excel Graphics. Gämmerler’s booth showcased a full line of postpress equipment including the company’s new PL 500 Log Palletizer, with cycle times as fast as 15 seconds, as well as the revolutionary RS 164 trimmer with double knife trim technology . Customer response was very positive. In total, orders were taken for 10 trimmer lines, six compensating stackers, four log stackers and one palletizing robot. “PRINT 05 exceeded our expectations”, noted Mark Legac, global director/sales and marketing for Gämmerler. “We experienced great deal of interest in our products resulting in record sales from both new and existing customers.
