Kodak Names Dom Caputo Vice President Sales, Americas Region, for Continuous Inkjet Products

DAYTON, Ohio, October 13 - Kodak today announced that Dom Caputo has joined the Graphic Communications Group's Transaction & Industrial Solutions (T&IS) business as vice president sales, Americas Region with responsibility for sales and profitability of KODAK VERSAMARK digital printing products in this region. Caputo will drive the company's equipment and annuities business, increase Kodak's presence in the transactional printing and the graphic arts market segments, and build a customer base for Kodak's industrial applications. Caputo will report to Nachum "Homi" Shamir, President, Transaction & Industrial Solutions, Graphic Communications Group, and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. "Dom brings great leadership skills and experience in the transactional printing industry, making him an excellent choice to lead our continuous inkjet sales," said Shamir. "Continuous inkjet - which provides cost-effective solutions for everything from transactional printing and mailing to book printing, newspapers and industrial printing - is an important part of Kodak's growth strategy and future. Dom has an outstanding track record for success and embraces our vision for the printing industry. I am delighted to welcome him to Versamark." Caputo brings more than 20 years of experience in the printing industry and a career recognized for growth-oriented results. Prior to joining Kodak, Caputo held various senior management positions at Oce North America, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Vice President of Sales. Previously, he was with Siemens AG, where he launched its production printer business in the United States; he also was Vice President of Field Engineering for the Eastern region at Storage Technology Corporation.
