Xante Wins German Innovation Award

Mobile, AL (October 3, 2005) — Xante Corporation announced today that the German Printing Industry has chosen their Impressia Metal PlateSetter as a top pick for the 2005 Innovation Awards. The news was declared by the magazines Deutscher Drucker, Publishing Praxis and Grafische Palette during a recent award ceremony. The Impressia Metal PlateSetter won first place in the pre-press category of the technology section. The PlateSetter can image a metal offset plate in under one minute, using a chemical-free process, that is press ready. Powered by Z-7 Technology, a core group of Xante's imaging technologies, the Impressia can help increase production, provide outstanding performance, and deliver cost savings to offset printers.
