Consolidated Graphics to Acquire Graphcom, Inc.

HOUSTON, Oct. 3 -- Consolidated Graphics, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Graphcom, Inc., located in Atlanta, Georgia. The transaction is expected to be completed within 60 days. "Graphcom has distinguished itself with a tradition of quality craftsmanship and outstanding service to its customers," commented Joe R. Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
