Press release from the issuing company

(September 27, 2005 Rolling Meadows, IL) Komori Corporation announced today that they obtained orders in excess of $100,000,000 at the recently completed Print 05 exposition in Chicago. Komori America President and COO Stephan Carter says, “ This truly was an international event for Komori. We realized sales from around the globe and are extremely pleased with show attendance, booth traffic and overall sales. We far exceeded our goals and expectations and look forward to riding the post-show momentum.” “The North American debut of the System 38S web press was significant for Komori America and resulted in a major web press sale, and increased interest in our web offerings,” said Carter. In addition to the System 38S, Komori exhibited the 10-color Lithrone S40 perfector, a 5/5 Lithrone Super Perfector, a six-color Lithrone 28 perfector and a four-color Spica 29 convertible perfector. “Our booth layout and design, our 17 daily live demonstrations, and the upbeat atmosphere in our stand kept our booth traffic high throughout the show,” said Carter. Carter credits Komori’s cutting edge press technology with driving show sales. “Komori continues to lead the way with innovative pressroom technology. The LS platform is second to none, and when you add the full host of Komori perfector solutions to the product mix, customers can see the real advantage to adding Komori to their pressroom operations. We continue to enhance our position as the second leading supplier of full and half size presses in North America and anticipate a great finish to 2005.”
