Press release from the issuing company

West Caldwell, NJ, -— Ricoh Corporation, the leading provider of digital office equipment, today began using its new corporate logo worldwide. The new logo is easily recognizable and reflects Ricoh’s global presence as a leader in the office equipment and electronics industries. The new design, features rounded edges and greatly enhances the readability and recognition of the logo on a global scale. The new logo will be transitioned into use over time to all of Ricoh’s facilities. The new logo replaces a logo that had been in place since 1986. During that time Ricoh has grown into a global leader in the office solutions industry and a brand recognized around the world. Since Ricoh will be celebrating its 70th anniversary in February 2006, the timing was perfect for a new logo to be introduced to reaffirm Ricoh’s global brand.
