Exstream Software Inc. announced today that its Dialogue software has been selected by MKB, a leading Hungarian bank offering international corporate and personal banking services throughout Europe. The company selected Dialogue to provide a single comprehensive infrastructure to consolidate their dynamic business expansion programme and facilitate new growth in their chosen markets. Dialogue's robust capabilities have made it possible for MKB to produce consistent and personalised statements for the core accounting system, credit card and other banking documents, such as statements, invoices and supplementary data. MKB reports that one of the most interesting uses of Dialogue is the ability to barcode documents. This has allowed MKB to automatically control document production with its outsourcing partner, resulting in increased satisfaction among customers regarding the documents they receive from the company. "Since we implemented Dialogue, the improvement in the presentation of our documents has been remarkable. We have also seen far fewer complaints about missing documents and a much quicker reprint time for documents demanded by customers. Practically, it has made our operations simpler, cheaper and faster," said Otto Szentjobi, project manager at MKB. "We can now retrieve and reprint documents from our archiving system without going along a complicated process chain." Dialogue has made documents easier to find, regardless of the department they came from. MKB reports that this has helped their customer facing staff as it is now simpler to find out if certain documents have really been produced. It is also much faster now to reprint documents for customers. The improved documents have reduced the number of calls from customers; consequently there is less of a load on their front offices.
