Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, Illinois; September 8, 2005 - In its booth at PRINT '05, NUR Macroprinters, a leading supplier of wide-format inkjet production printing systems for the out-of-home advertising market, is featuring wide-format production printing solutions to help commercial printers grab a larger share of their customers' printing budgets and develop new services with which they can expand their businesses. Visitors to the NUR America booth #7551 in the Wide Format Pavilion at the show can see live demonstrations of the following: - The NUR Tempo flatbed UV-inkjet press printing on a wide range of media used for many of the large-format printing applications that commercial printers can offer their customers, such as point-of-purchase displays, event graphics, outdoor banners, wall murals, etc. - A new white ink option for NUR Tempo that can be used in a variety of ways: for adding emphasis to graphics, printing white graphics, and for producing opaque backgrounds when using clear or colored substrates. - New NUR PrinTop II control software for NUR Macroprinters' wide-format printers that delivers a new, seamless approach to wide-format inkjet printing production. NUR representatives, including Nachum Korman, president of NUR America, Inc. and Dror Todress, corporate marketing manager at NUR Macroprinters Ltd., are also giving presentations in the Wide Format Pavilion Theater during PRINT '05 show hours. Todress' presentation entitled “Wide-format inkjet production printing - the opportunity for commercial printers" is scheduled for Monday, September 12 at 3:00 p.m. Korman's presentation, entitled “Cost of Ownership for Wide Format Printers: Why the Purchase Price Means Less Than You Think" is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13 at 10:30 a.m. Comments Nachum Korman, president of NUR America, Inc., “Wide-format production printing, using machines like our NUR Tempo flatbed press or the roll-fed NUR Expedio or NUR Fresco wide-format production printers, offers commercial printers an opportunity to develop new products that increase their share of their current customers' print production budgets. By doing so, these print service providers can pursue a path that will help them confront trends in today's market such as declining volumes, revenues and profits; competition from electronic publishing; industry consolidation; and economic slow-down.” NUR Tempo is the company's acclaimed flatbed UV-inkjet press, available in three configurations for 4-color (CMYK), 6-color (CMYK + LCLY) and 8-color (CMYK + LCMYLMLK) printing. The machine accepts the widest range of rigid and roll-fed substrates, including vinyls, corrugated boards, foam-core boards, fluted polypropylene, styrenes, polycarbonates, glass and wood. Their use of UV-curable inks ensures high quality, durable prints and environmental friendliness. Since its introduction in 2003, NUR Tempo has experienced wide acceptance in wide-format digital printing and screen-printing operations around the world, as well as commercial printing operations. NUR Macroprinters' new NUR PrinTop II control software will include a host of new features designed to give users of NUR Macroprinters' wide-format production printers more control over the production workflow, reduce waste and errors, and provide more information about ongoing processes. Commenting about NUR's vision for a more streamlined workflow, Dror Todress, corporate marketing manager at NUR Macroprinters says, “Our new PrinTop II, a GUI based control software, forms the foundation for our streamlined production management concept on the way to a full computer integrated manufacturing production environment.”
