Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies Names Two Executives to Management Team

STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 8 -­ Pitney Bowes Inc. today named two executives to its Document Messaging Technologies (DMT) division senior leadership team, appointing John J. Schloff vice president of product management and marketing for DMT and Brendan J. Donnelly vice president and general manager of Mailcode, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. "John and Brendan add both overall breadth and specific expertise to the DMT senior leadership team," noted Leslie Abi-Karam, president of Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies division. "They join Pitney Bowes with impeccable credentials in disciplines such as marketing, strategic business development, customer relationship management and business process quality improvement. Their addition helps to further position us for continued innovation, growth and profitability." About John Schloff, Vice President, Product Management and Marketing, DMT In his new position, Schloff will be responsible for managing the product life cycle for DMT's lines of software and systems solutions and professional services and will lead growth-focused strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. He joins Pitney Bowes from Kodak Polychrome Graphics where he was vice president, worldwide marketing, digital printing and led cross-functional development and commercialization programs that resulted in reduced time to market, accelerated revenues, and created a platform for current and future business offerings. Prior to that, Schloff was general manager, program management for Imation Corporation's Color Technologies Division, and president and director general of Danka Mexicana, a unit of Danka PLC. Schloff holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also attended the University of Michigan's Global Program for Management Development. He began his career at Kodak's Office Imaging Division in the copier field sales organization. About Brendan Donnelly, Vice President and General Manager, Mailcode As vp/general manager, Donnelly will be responsible for driving the global strategy, profitable growth, and customer satisfaction initiatives for Mailcode, Pitney Bowes' mail processing solutions subsidiary, based in Lafayette, Ind. He comes to Pitney Bowes from Eastman Kodak where he built a successful track record of initiating major operational improvements in both U.S. and international operations. His most recent position was general manager and vice president, Health Group, where he successfully improved customer satisfaction, reduced cost structures, acquired competitive accounts, and increased cash flow. Donnelly has held senior leadership positions at several Kodak businesses, including Digital & Applied Imaging Services, Global Services (Japan), Corporate, and Office Imaging. He also served as vice president, service planning and technical support, at Technology Service Solutions (TSS), a start-up joint venture between IBM and Kodak. Donnelly earned a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and an MBA from Syracuse University.
