Westmont, Illinois — Jason Elliott is the new Director, Service Support Operations, for the Web Service group at MAN Roland Inc. In his new position, Elliott develops and implements new service products focused on the success of MAN Roland’s web press users. He is also responsible for implementing customer satisfaction programs and fulfilling Web Service’s training requirements. The holder of a Master's Degree in Print and Graphic Arts, Elliott began his printing career in New Zealand in 1989 at a local newspaper. In 1996 he moved to Australia where he joined Hannanprint, which operates the largest printing plant in the Southern Hemisphere. In 2001 he took on an executive role at Webstar Australia. Since April 2003, Elliott has served MAN Roland Inc. as Commercial Print Trainer for the Web Service group. He reports to Douglas Bradley, Vice President, Web Service.
