August 31, 2005 – HP today announced a new enhanced version of the My HP Indigo portal, which provides HP Indigo customers with a comprehensive library of services to help grow and promote their digital offerings. Located at www.hp.com/go/myhpindigoweb, the new portal includes business development and marketing tools, technical and training information, newsletters and user experiences, as well as facilities for selecting media and ordering HP ElectroInk. It also features improved, intuitive navigation to give customers coming from a variety of backgrounds, whether technical, marketing or management, easy access to information on the site. “Logging into the portal is like having a business partner or consultant online. The site is configured to ensure that each visitor has an experience tailored to his or her requirements, language, and press type,” said Alon Bar-Shany, vice president and general manager, Indigo division, HP. “We believe the enhanced portal highlights HP’s commitment to help grow the digital printing industry both on a macro-level and for each customer’s bottom line.” Highlights of the My HP Indigo portal include: •Business development tools such as “how-to” guides, technical white papers, marketing guides and links to training opportunities; •A substrate finder tool that provides recommendations on media options; •Secure access to HP IndigoServe to monitor press performance and manage the business more effectively; •Technical information for the production of a variety of applications for new and existing customers; •An HP Partner section featuring hardware and software providers that integrate with HP Indigo digital presses, making the end-to-end promise a reality; •Links to the new HP Graphic Arts portal (www.hp.com/go/graphicarts), which provides complete product information, news, case studies and related information.
