Key Promotions Sharpen Cenveo's Focus on Customers and Operational Efficiency

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--Aug. 11, 2005-- Cenveo, Inc., one of North America's leading providers of visual communications services, today announced two key promotions designed to sharpen the company's focus on customers and operational efficiencies. Effective immediately, Keith Larson, former executive vice president has been promoted to president of strategic sales and Rob Young, former executive vice president has been promoted to president of commercial envelope. With the addition of existing company presidents -- Gordon Griffiths, president of commercial print, Allen Conway, president of the resale segment and Gilles Cyr, president of Supremex in Canada, the organization will give Cenveo's presidents and CEO Jim Malone a direct line of sight into the company's business operations and their results. In addition, the company's senior executives will be closer to field operations and Cenveo's customers. "Both Keith and Rob have demonstrated senior leadership talent and bring a tremendous amount of both customer and operational expertise to their new positions," said Jim Malone, president and CEO of Cenveo. "In addition, the leaders of our business groups will continue to work together to bring our prospects and customers the best in visual communications solutions from the broad portfolio of products and services we offer." Keith Larson began his career with Cenveo 7 years ago. He has held several leadership positions including president of Cenveo's Portland facility, as well as northwest regional vice president and chief financial officer for Cenveo's former print group. Most recently, Larson was executive vice president of strategic sales where he was instrumental in closing deals with several of the company's largest customers. Prior to Cenveo, Larson was with Procter and Gamble, DuPont and Brown Printing, a Bertlesmann company. Rob Young joined Cenveo in April of 2002 and has held the positions of vice president business development, senior vice president of the central region and most recently executive vice president for Cenveo's commercial segment. Previously, he held senior management positions with St. Joseph Communications, Quebecor Printing Canada as well as 11 years in security printing with British American Bank Note and Security Card Systems in Canada.
