Quebecor World Extends Contract with Quark

DENVER--Aug. 10, 2005-- Quark Inc. today announced that Quebecor World Inc., one of the world's largest commercial print service companies, has renewed its ServicePlus maintenance contract for another 18 months, allowing Quebecor World to continue receiving premium technical support and upgrades from Quark. With 150 facilities operating in 17 countries, Quebecor World remains an important customer for Quark. By extending the contract, Quebecor World can take advantage of Quark's support service for more than 1,000 registered seats of QuarkXPress software that Quebecor World maintains, including free upgrades to QuarkXPress 7 when it becomes available to the market. Quebecor World is a market leader in most of its major product categories, including magazines, retail inserts and circulars, books, catalogs, specialty printing and direct mail, directories, digital pre-media, logistics, mail list technologies and other value-added services.
