ColorBurst Systems releases Version 4.0 of their ColorBurst X-Photo and X-Proof RIP for Mac OS X

Sterling, VA -- July 28, 2005 -- ColorBurst Systems announced today that version 4.0 of their award-winning X-Photo and X-Proof software RIP has been released. Version 4.0 includes an improved user interface, full support for Apple's Mac OS X v10.4 (Tiger) and Mac OS X Server operating systems, and new support for the Epson Stylus Pro 4800 with UltraChrome K3 Inks, including custom ICC profiles for all supported Epson media and SWOP certification on Epson Proofing Paper Commercial Semimatte and Epson Premium Semimatte Photo Paper. “Version 4.0 has taken an intuitive program and raised it to the next level,” said ColorBurst Systems' National Sales Manager Joshua Lubbers. “In addition to attaining a new level of ease of use and quality, we are offering the 4.0 upgrade free to all X-Photo and X-Proof customers.” Updates to existing versions are available to ColorBurst users via ColorBurst's web site, www.colorburstip.com.
