IWCO Direct Acquires Fala Direct Marketing, Inc.

Chanhassen, MN (July 13, 2005) —IWCO Direct, a leading national provider of integrated direct mail production services and solutions, encompassing print, envelope, plastic, mailing and data services, announced today it has acquired the operating assets of Fala Direct Marketing, Inc., a leading direct marketing production services company. This acquisition expands IWCO Direct’s production capacity, products and services, geographic presence, and proven ability to drive cost savings and cycle time reduction for its client base of leading direct marketers. "In June of 2004, we announced both an expansion of our Minnesota facilities and our intention to evaluate expansion opportunities in other geographic locations," said Jim Andersen, IWCO Direct President and CEO. "Fala met our criteria for direct marketing expertise, integrated manufacturing services including fulfillment, postal optimization, a solid resume of service excellence, and a collaborative approach to working with customers, employees, and business partners." In the past 12 months, IWCO Direct significantly expanded capacity in its Minnesota facilities and established a high-speed mail processing technology center in Chanhassen, Minn. The acquisition of Fala will deliver additional benefits to customers and further enhance IWCO Direct’s industry leading postal strategy by adding proximity to population centers to IWCO Direct’s already powerful mailing and logistics services. Fala CEO Jeffrey Jurick will join IWCO Direct as senior vice president sales.
