Goss International appoints new Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer

July 6th, 2005 – Goss International announces the appointment of Bill Rogers as Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer. Bill will be responsible for leading the worldwide information systems initiatives throughout Goss International’s global enterprise. Based in Goss’ Dover, New Hampshire, facility, Rogers is recognized for driving results in enterprise-wide merger integration programs by leading transformational changes. Through the optimization of business driven technology in global environments using SAP as an enabler, he is experienced in leading broad-scale organizational changes. Bob Brown, CEO of Goss International commented, “Bill’s mission is to push the barriers and accelerate the integration of activities throughout the company by transforming Goss International''s business model and providing an effective systems platform to ensure the organization’s profitability.” Joe Gaynor, CFO of Goss International continued, “This integration, with the introduction of common management, manufacturing, engineering and finance systems across all locations will allow Goss International to achieve many of the economies which drove our recent merger.” Prior to joining Goss International, Rogers served in IT leadership roles at EaglePicher, General Motors, Johnson Controls and AlliedSignal. Rogers is also a fellow on several boards including Catalyst Advisors and The Councils of Advisors. Earning a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management/Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Rogers has also held leadership positions in the American Management Association, Society for Information Management and the Boy Scouts of America. Rogers enthuses, “I look forward to my new role at Goss International and using my experience of working within large corporation to provide an effective integration of systems across the entire organization.”
