RIPit Selects DecisionOne for Nationwide Field Service and Support

July 5, 2005 – Citrus Heights, CA – RIPit Computer Corp., the primary workflow and CtP provider to the majority of quick printers and franchises in North America, has signed an agreement to retain DecisionOne to provide nationwide on-site field service and support for RIPit’s growing customer base. Under the agreement, DecisionOne will provide nationwide on-site service and support for the new 2-Up RIPit Violet Metal CtP and P-20 processor. In addition, DecisionOne’s partnership with RIPit will afford RIPit customers the option of on-site professional support for RIPit’s more traditional polyester systems including processors and proofing devices used in the printing industry. “By teaming with DecisionOne, an organization with extensive resources and experience providing reliable, quality service and support, we can provide more extensive support to our growing U.S. customer base, and particularly our increasing Metal CtP customer base,” says Jeffrey Buchman, Director of Sales at RIPit. “Our nationwide service capability, resources and customer service focus provides the printing industry with high-quality diagnostics and support,” says Steve Martin, DecisionOne Chief Operating Officer. “We are pleased to serve as the service partner for RIPit in the United States.”
