Outlook Group Signs Contract with Dakota Gourmet

NEENAH, Wis.--June 28, 2005-- Outlook Group Corp. today announced that it has signed a three-year contract with Dakota Gourmet Inc. of Wahpeton, North Dakota. Outlook Group will be the exclusive provider of flexible packaging for sunflower kernels, toasted corn and dry roasted soybeans sold under the Dakota Gourmet and Giant Snacks brand names. Outlook Group will also manage Dakota Gourmet's packaging inventory. The parties estimate that the value of the contract is approximately $500,000 per year. "We have worked with Outlook Group for over five years. Outlook Group provides high quality products and its staff is extremely responsive to our needs. The three-year agreement will enable us to control our packaging costs and to benefit from Outlook Group's inventory management capabilities," said Allen Engstrom, operations manager of Dakota Gourmet.
