Pictorial Offset Corporation Announces Strategic Alliance with Minority Certified Integrated Imaging Corporation

Carlstadt NJ, June 27, 2005 – Pictorial Offset Corporation and Integrated Imaging Corporation (IIC) today announced that they have formed a strategic business alliance that will offer IIC customers complete “design to destination services”. IIC is a graphic enterprise that is minority certified by the New York, New Jersey and the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. "We are happy to have this strategic agreement with Integrated Imaging Corporation," said Lester Samuels, Managing Partner of Pictorial Offset Corporation. "This alliance effectively multiplies IIC’s capabilities and offerings to their customers and allows them access to the complete “Design-to-Destination” services of Pictorial.” Under terms of the agreement, Integrated Imaging Corporation will have access to Pictorial's variety of printing manufacturing platforms, including pre-press, printing, post-press, mailing and distribution services, as well as Pictorial’s new product development. IIC will provide its own unique sales and customer support services to its customers regardless of whether the job is produced solely by IIC or in conjunction with Pictorial Offset Corporation.
