The portfolio, which includes both an envelope and folder, also contains a perforated full-color sample carton that can be easily removed and assembled to illustrate Crescendo’s performance for packaging needs. The carton shows a bright, floral image that is printed using four-color, spot UV, holographic and silver foil, with emboss and blind deboss techniques also represented. Unprinted white sheets in various grammages are also included in the portfolio. The full portfolio contains complete manufacturing target information, including basis weights or grammages, thickness, calipers, internal bond scores and moisture and stiffness levels for Crescendo in five languages. With information in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, the new portfolio uses the uncoated side of Crescendo on the exterior to show the substrate’s excellent backside printability.
