American Printing Receives Ten Gallery Of Printing Excellence Awards

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI -- American Printing division of Branch Graphics, Inc. received 10 Gallery of Printing Excellence Awards. The Gallery of Printing Excellence is presented annually by the Graphic Communications Industry of Rhode Island, with Southern New England's finest Printers submitting their finest printed products for review at an Awards and Recognition Banquet. The event is open to all Printers, and a majority of the best Southern New England Printers take this opportunity to display, with pride, their finest work. The Printers enter samples, in numerous categories, such as Annual Reports, Brochures, Catalogues, Folders, Books, Calendars, Newsletters, Greeting Cards, Stationary, Business Forms, Labels and Magazines. Awards: American Printing of East Providence, was awarded First and Third Place in the 4 Color Unbound Brochure Category, First Place in the 4 Color Bound Brochure, First Place in Poster and Broadside, First and Third Place in Postcards, First and Third Place in Greeting Cards, Third Place in Stationary, and First Place in Display Labels. Mom's Cards: Two of the awards were for note cards Mrs. Carroll, Paul Carroll; President of American Printing mother had painted. Paul Carroll thought the paintings were so outstanding he asked his mother if he could reproduce them as note cards and send them to American Printings customers as gifts, small tokens of his appreciation for their business. Mrs. Carroll was delighted, as were many of the customers who received them.
