RR Donnelley and Creative Printing Services, Inc. Form Strategic Alliance

CHICAGO, June 22 -- RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Creative Printing Services, Inc., today announced that they have formed a strategic alliance that will offer customers a new Tier One Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) solution. This alliance represents a joint strategy to provide diversity sourcing options to customers in the print industry. "We are delighted to have this agreement with Creative Printing Services," said RR Donnelley CEO Mark A. Angelson. "Our strategic alliance with Creative Printing Services enhances their capabilities, utilizes our capacity and provides customers with more choices to achieve their Tier 1 diversity sourcing goals. Together, RR Donnelley and Creative Printing Services will build on a business model that encompasses the spirit of minority business development." Under terms of the agreement, Creative Printing Services will have access to RR Donnelley's manufacturing platform, as well as resources in information technology and new product development. Creative Printing Services will provide sales and customer support to its customers regardless of whether the job is printed entirely by Creative Printing Services or a portion is produced by RR Donnelley. "Large customers seeking to do business with a certified Minority Business Enterprise can now do so knowing that the resources of the nation's largest printer are available to us."
