Kodak Canada Inc. Appoints New President

TORONTO, June 8 -- Michael P. Ducey, President and Chairman of the Board of Kodak Canada Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan E.C. Mey as President and Chairman of the Board of Kodak Canada Inc. effective August 1, 2005. Ms. Mey joined Kodak Canada Inc. in January 2000 and currently holds the position of General Counsel and Director, Governance and Administrative Services. She will continue in her role of General Counsel in addition to her newly appointed role. Prior to joining Kodak, Ms. Mey was General Counsel for The T. Eaton Company Limited, a large Canadian retail chain, which became a public corporation in 1998. In this capacity she managed a legal team, compliance function and performed secretarial functions to the Board of Directors. Prior to Eaton's, Ms. Mey was an owner and manager of a Hong Kong based software company specializing in providing imaging and patient information solutions to the medical community. Ms. Mey was called to the Ontario bar in 1989 and practiced law in a large Toronto firm prior to moving to Asia in 1991. Qualified to practice law in Canada and Hong Kong, Ms. Mey holds a business degree (1984 - B.Admin) from the University of Ottawa and a law degree from the University of Toronto (1987 - J.D.). Ms. Mey is an active member of a variety of associations and boards, including the Baker Centre Foundation and the Association of Canadian General Counsel. Mr. Ducey will be returning to Kodak in Rochester where he has been appointed Director, Americas Logistics and Vice President, Global Logistics.
