Press release from the issuing company

Hanover Park, IL, May 25 2005 – Gammerler, the leading manufacturer of high quality inline finishing equipment and systems, announced today plans to open an office in Singapore. The new office will officially open June 28, 2005 and will be responsible for sales, marketing and the coordination of service and spare parts within Asia, with the exception of China, which is supported by Gämmerler’s current office in Beijing, China. “The new Singapore office will strengthen Gämmerler’s presence in the rapidly expanding Asian market and allow us to become more responsive to customers within the region,” noted Klaus Herrmann, Sales Director Asia-Pacific + GUS for Gämmerler. Service and spare parts for the Asian market are currently coordinated through Gämmerler’s headquarters in Geretsried-Gelting, Germany. Response times are expected to decrease significantly by localizing these functions within the Singapore office. Indera Tengku, Managing Director for Gämmerler Singapore Pte Ltd., will oversee all activities at the Singapore office and brings with him more than eight years of print industry experience. Prior to joining Gämmerler, Mr. Tengku served as Regional Sales Manager for RR Donnelley Financial Asia Ltd., where he successfully marketed integrated printing solutions to international financial companies in need of secure, fast and broad distribution of sensitive documents. Most recently Mr. Tengku was employed as Business Development Manager for Schawk Singapore Pte Ltd., where he was responsible for establishing Schawk’s presence in Asia. In addition to his print industry experience and knowledge of the Asian market, Mr. Tengku was also selected to manage the Singapore office due to his strong customer service philosophy.
