NEENAH, Wis.--May 19, 2005-- Outlook Group Corp. today announced that company president Joseph J. Baksha, 52, has been elected chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2005. As CEO, Baksha succeeds Richard C. Fischer, who will continue as chairman of the company. "Over the past eight years, Joe has had a significant role in refocusing Outlook Group on our core competencies of printing, packaging and direct marketing. He is the driving force behind our successful strategy to differentiate Outlook Group in the marketplace by offering complete supply chain management solutions. This emphasis has resulted in major long-term contracts, operational improvements and increased profitability. Joe's promotion to CEO recognizes his leading role in our growth and reflects the confidence of the Board of Directors in his leadership," said Richard C. Fischer, chairman of Outlook Group. Baksha said, "As chairman and CEO, Dick Fischer led the turnaround of Outlook Group from a struggling printer with significant debt to a growing, profitable organization that paid quarterly cash dividends for the first time beginning in 2002. His financial expertise will continue to be an asset for Outlook Group." Baksha has served as president and chief operating officer of Outlook Group since 1996 and was elected to the Board in 1998. He has spent the majority of his career in the printing and packing industry, holding executive positions with Alusuisee Flexible Packaging and Washburn International prior to joining Outlook Group. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Excelsior College, State University of New York - Albany. He is a director of Vantage Direct Marketing Services and serves on the Board of Directors of the Printing Industries of Wisconsin. Fischer joined the board of Outlook Group in 1995 and was elected chairman and chief executive officer in 1997. He is also an investment banker with Fischer and Associates LLC.
