Pitney Bowes Displays Integrated Mail and Document Management Solutions at AIIM ON Demand

STAMFORD, Conn., May 16 -- Pitney Bowes Inc., the leading global provider of integrated mail and document management solutions, will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for mailers of all sizes at the AIIM ON Demand Conference and Exposition, to be held May 16- 19 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On display at booth #1049 will be new hardware, software and service offerings that allow mailers to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their customer communications. Pitney Bowes will launch several new innovative offerings, including the dMail(TM) digital mail management solution, a modular, fully comprehensive digital mail solution that brings the speed and efficiency of electronic communication to the hard-copy mailstream. The dMail(TM) Executive Mail Management module enables C-suite executives to gain access to scanned and indexed documents from any location within reach of the enterprise network, including remote connections from virtually anywhere in the world. Capabilities include document capture, tracking and control, and an easy to use interface that offers users a rich set of features to better manage their mail correspondences. The company will also unveil its e2(TM) Suite, a flexible and scalable digital solution for online account management, e-billing and customer-care solutions. A strategic component of its complete Customer Communications Management (CCM) solution, the e2 Suite integrates archiving, e-presentment, e-payment, online account management (OAM) and e-service technologies, while helping businesses streamline their billing, accelerate reconciliation and build customer loyalty. Conference attendees will hear from Joann Martin, vice president, Business Process Solutions for Pitney Bowes Management Services, who will present on the current state of Document Process Outsourcing at a major panel session to be held on Thursday, May 19, 2005 from 11:30 to 2 pm. Clare Woodman, product manager, Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies, will address attendees on Finishing & Fulfillment, May 18, 11:30-12:30. The company's product showcase includes the recently introduced DM Infinity(TM) Series for high volume mailers, which will demonstrate how to achieve new levels of reliability and productivity in mailing operations, while being fully compliant with the USPS digital meter mandate. The DM Infinity(TM) Series is the only digital mailing system to meter up to 22,000 mail pieces per hour and meet the demanding reliability and durability requirements of production mailers. In addition, attendees will see how automated document factory solutions can add intelligence to their mail operations. DFWorks is a powerful, scalable information engine that helps mailers simplify mail operations planning and management, while pinpointing opportunities to fine tune workflow for increased productivity. The OnRoute(TM) Mail Tracking solution, which is built upon the USPS Confirm system, provides individual mail piece tracking from creation through delivery. Attendees can also learn more about the recently launched DI900/DI950 FastPac Series inserting system, an automated mail folding and inserting desktop device that helps businesses improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of outgoing mail communication. The DI900/DI950 is an integrated system that combines advanced software and leading-edge paper handling technology designed specifically to meet the high-end demands of mailers who run a wide variety of jobs, including "print on demand" marketing campaigns.
