Rochester Software Associates Grows Product Line, Product Features, and Partnerships

Rochester, NY, May 16, 2005 – At AIIM / On Demand, Rochester Software Associates (RSA) will be exhibiting more than just new features and new products. RSA will celebrate twenty years of “Integrated. Workflow. Results.” culminating in RSA’s integrated suite of workflow solutions. “For two decades, RSA has been leading the print industry with Transform and Management solutions,” noted Tim Kelly, Sr. Vice President of Sales at RSA. “Our product line has grown since 1986 to include products like WebCRD for Web-based job submission. WebCRD version 5.0 is being announced at On Demand, with support for Approval Authority, Enhanced Multi-Site capabilities and more. RSA continues to add innovative products, like CDPrint and BatesPrint for the Legal Market.” CDPrint aids in the process of Electronic Data Discovery by automatically batch printing all or selected documents on a CD, DVD, USB, Network or hard disk drive. BatesPrint automatically adds Bates Labeling/Numbering or watermarks to legal and confidential documents. “In just a few short months of shipping, BatesPrint has had terrific success in the Legal Market and we expect CDPrint to be just as well received,” adds Kelly. Also being unveiled at On Demand are enhancements to RDOPrint to support the latest DigiPath Raster Document Objects formats, with support for PostScript and PDF output. EPSPro now supports the new Sun x86 print engine adopted by Xerox. RSA’s IPDSPrint has undergone a slew of enhancements as well, to facilitate IPDS transformation to PostScript and PDF including support for highlight color, full color and 2D Barcode output. Mainframe Downloader is a new connectivity option that gives mainframe customers a software solution for secure, reliable, open, TCP/IP-based communication as an alternative to ESCON and Bus & Tag. RSA is also announcing their new partnership with Konica Minolta. Konica Minolta is a leading edge provider of production print systems and is excited to add RSA’s product line to their offerings. RSA has also renewed their partnership with Canon Business Systems. Representatives from RSA will be making appearances in the Canon, Konica Minolta, and Xerox booths, as well as RSA’s booth (#1933).
