James Printing Adds imagePRESS C7000VP

Press release from the issuing company

North Kansas City, MO April 22, 2008 -- James Printing Company, a leading commercial printer, proudly announces that it has bolstered its digital capabilities by recently adding a Canon imagePRESS C7000VP digital printer to its lineup.

The imagePRESS C7000VP is the latest digital printing innovation that's available from Canon. It uses a new type of oil-free toner technology with exceptionally small particles resulting in sharp, vivid images with a smooth finish that looks and feels like offset printing. The machine runs at a fully rated speed of 70 pages per minute on all types of stock.

"Adding the Canon imagePRESS C7000VP really improves the quality of digital work," says Evan James, President of James Printing. "This machine has an advanced registration system that allows the crossovers on multiple page documents and back-ups to match perfectly."

The Canon imagePRESS C7000VP has also made a difference for James Printing in terms of completing projects.

"The Canon digital printer has finishing options that allows the product to be folded and stitched so brochures come off the machine completely finished," says James.
