Heidelberg Expands Questra-Powered Remote Service for Press and Postpress Equipment

Heidelberg is demonstrating its Remote Service offering for the Chinese market, including secure, remote diagnostics, problem resolution, and interactive operator help over the Internet for networked press and postpress machines.
