Heidelberg Expands Questra-Powered Remote Service for Press and Postpress Equipment

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 10 -- Questra Corporation, the leader in intelligent device management (IDM), today reported that Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg), the world's leading provider for the print media industry, announced its expanded, Questra-powered Remote Service offering at China Print 2005, the 6th International Printing Technology Exhibition in Beijing, May 11-15. Heidelberg is demonstrating its Remote Service offering for the Chinese market, including secure, remote diagnostics, problem resolution, and interactive operator help over the Internet for networked press and postpress machines.
