Kodak to Showcase Innovative Solutions at 2005 AIIM ON DEMAND Expo

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 9 - Eastman Kodak Company is providing tools to help printers increase their profits and solutions for companies to improve information management with innovative on-demand digital printing and document scanning solutions at the AIIM ON DEMAND Conference and Exposition at the Philadelphia Convention Center from May 17-19, 2005. "We'll be sharing that expertise and key insights into the future of the rapidly changing industry during a number of speaking presentations and panel discussions at AIIM On Demand, as well as through demonstrations at the Graphic Communications Group Booth, No. 2150, and the Document Imaging Booth, No. 601." Real Solutions in Action -- Kodak's Graphic Communications Group Booth, No. 2150 At Kodak's Graphic Communications Group booth, No. 2150, attendees will see a demonstration of the company's full range of products and solutions. "Kodak has the technology, expertise, color science, broad product portfolio, and the solutions and services to help customers expand their business by delivering impactful communications anywhere, any time, any way - to any one," said Kevin Joyce, Managing Director, Sales and Operations for GCG's United States & Canada region. "On Demand visitors can experience the range of solutions under one roof." Kodak's range of breakthrough products from prepress and workflow to high-quality digital and offset output will be on display, including innovative monitor proofing, workflow software, production scanning, high-volume inkjet printing systems, color and monochrome digital presses, wide-format digital printing, computer-to-plate (CTP) and direct imaging systems and supplies, offset plates and films. On the Expo floor, Kodak's products will be seen in action - demonstrating realistic scenarios and applications, including marketing an estate auction; personalized mailings for a CD music club; book production for on-demand book publishing as well as variable data postcards and fliers. The booth will feature a range of digital printing and proofing solutions, including the KODAK VERSAMARK VT3000 continuous inkjet printing system, the KODAK VERSAMARK DS4350 UV printing system, the KODAK NEXPRESS 2100 digital production color press, KODAK DIGIMASTER E125 digital production system, ENCAD NOVAJET 1000i wide-format printers and prepress and color management systems from Kodak Polychrome Graphics. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about Kodak's professional consulting services that optimize processes and help build profitable business for customers, the use of new applications among marketers, advertisers and agencies to drive demand for digital services, application software that simplifies use of creative new applications, and global support and services to keep equipment up and running. Total Solutions for Document Imaging - Booth No. 601 Kodak's Document Imaging business has been participating in the AIIM show for 54 years and is the market leader in document scanning - helping companies capture, manage, archive, and deliver critical business information. Kodak's document imaging products and multi-vendor IT services will be on display at booth No. 601, highlighting the breadth of Kodak's product portfolio and featuring five major "office environment" stations with specific applications used to highlight the value and functionality of Kodak's document imaging products. Additionally, three new document scanners will be unveiled at the show by the Document Imaging team. The variety of all of the KODAK products on display at AIIM On Demand will demonstrate the company's "total solution" for customers.
