STAMFORD, Conn., April 24  -- Cenveo, Inc. -- Robert G. Burton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cenveo Corporation announced the establishment of a scholarship program for the children of Cenveo employees that will be entirely funded by the senior management team.

Robert G. Burton, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer stated:

"I am very pleased to announce the creation of a scholarship program for the children of the employees of Cenveo. This program will reward and assist in the education of many of the deserving children of our talented employees. We plan to initially offer approximately 100 scholarship grants each year that will reward college-bound students with grants ranging from approximately $1,000 to $5,000."

Mr. Burton added:

"We will be looking at a range of important accomplishments such as educational success, community service, athletic team and club participation, managing school with a learning disability, overcoming obstacles as well as other related criteria."

Mr. Burton concluded:

"I am a very strong believer in developing and supporting programs that benefit our children's education. By supporting our future leaders during their educational development, we will create a better future for all of us. To begin the funding of this program, I am personally pledging $1,000,000 over the next few years to support this very deserving initiative. I believe that providing opportunities for the children of all of our employees benefits not only these deserving students, but that all of us benefit by their growth and their future contributions to society."
