RR Donnelley Awarded $400 Million Multi-Year Contract to Produce Telephone Directories

CHICAGO, May 4 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a contract to produce all of R.H. Donnelley's current telephone directories. R.H. Donnelley, a leading yellow pages publisher and directional media company, publishes directories under the Sprint Yellow Pages brand and the SBC Yellow Pages brand, with total distribution of approximately 28 million serving approximately 260,000 local and national advertisers in 19 states. This contract extends a successful 15+ year relationship between the two companies. David C. Swanson, Chairman and Chief Executive, R.H.
