Press release from the issuing company

DENVER--May 2, 2005-- Integrated Printing Solutions, Inc., one of the country's leading high-speed imaging, printing and card service bureau providers, announced today it has launched IPS MailSort, a service developed with PSI Group, Inc. that will revolutionize the mailing process large retailers and financial institutions use to reach their customers. IPS is the first company in the United States to implement this service offering in the marketplace. IPS MailSort is an automated, state-of-the-art software-based solution that removes targeted mailing packages during the mail sorting process and eliminates the need for a pull process. IPS MailSort represents considerable savings to retailers and financial institutions through lower overall project and postage costs and gives them increased flexibility within their production schedule, better client mailing efficiency and superior fraud protection. Sev Spagnolie, President & CEO of IPS stated: "IPS supports nationwide marketing initiatives for some of the countries largest retailers and we are dedicated to constantly improving the mailing process and providing our clients with superior quality, cost-effective solutions and unrivaled customer service. IPS MailSort is one more way IPS will meet our clients' ever changing marketing and mailing needs and we are proud to be the first company in the country to launch this exciting service."
