Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, May 2 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract to produce all of the approximately 50 magazine titles published by Penton Media, Inc., a leading global diversified business-to-business media company that provides high- quality content to 12 diverse industries. The term value of this agreement is expected to exceed $60 million. This contract represents an extension of an existing supply position, as well as the addition of new work. David Nussbaum, Chief Executive Officer, Penton Media, stated, "Based upon their ongoing performance, I am delighted to be extending our relationship with RR Donnelley. We were looking to consolidate our work with a printer who understands our business and could provide efficient, high-quality and responsive production capabilities. Over the years, RR Donnelley has consistently demonstrated their ability to do exactly that. We now look forward to exploring how RR Donnelley's total range of products and services can provide an even greater contribution to our success." John Paloian, Group President, Publishing & Retail Services, RR Donnelley, added, "We are always particularly excited when a customer elects to award us 100% of their business. We remain convinced that this approach creates incredibly close relationships in which both companies become extensions of each other's operations. We have repeatedly seen this lead to the discovery of new benefits and efficiencies, and look forward to experiencing that with Penton Media." RR Donnelley will produce this work in several of its magazine plants that specialize in short-run publications. The RR Donnelley Logistics Services Distribution Optimization Team will also focus on how to minimize Penton Media's distribution costs.
