Mark Little, Former FedEx Kinko's Exec Joins VistaPrint as EVP of Strategic Partnerships

LEXINGTON, Mass.--April 20, 2005-- VistaPrint USA, Incorporated, a subsidiary of VistaPrint Limited, the source for high-quality graphic design, Internet printing and premium service, today announced the addition of Mark Little to its team as executive vice president, strategic partnerships. Little will be focusing on managing and growing existing partnerships as well as developing new strategic partnerships to further expand VistaPrint's business. "VistaPrint has been profitable since mid-2001 and strategic partnerships are an important component in our continued growth," said Robert Keane, president and CEO of VistaPrint. "With considerable experience in the retail office market, Mark's impressive track record of success makes him an excellent addition to our executive management team and will enable us to focus even more on this channel in the coming year." Prior to joining VistaPrint, Little served as the senior vice president of small and medium business channels for Monster, the leader in on-line recruiting. He also served as president of the Document Management Unit of the Standard Register Company, a leader in the forms industry, and held various leadership positions at FedEx Kinko's, including senior vice president of marketing and sales where he designed and launched the company's entry into the commercial marketplace by building a 600 person sales team. At The Alexander Group, Inc., a sales compensation and growth consulting firm, Little served as a principal and head of their San Francisco office. Little also served in a variety of roles, including senior vice president of client services, at Learning International/Achieve Global, a leader in sales and management training, and began his career as a consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Little earned his B.A. in American Culture from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California.
