M&T Bank Chooses Relizon for Five-Year Document Management Contract

DAYTON, Ohio, April 7, 2005 - Relizon, a leading provider of business process solutions in document management, billing and relationship marketing, today announced that M&T Bank Corporation has signed a five-year contract for document management services worth an estimated $3.5 million. M&T is one of the 20 largest bank holding companies in the U.S. with over $52 billion in assets as of December 31, 2004. Under the new contract, Relizon will help the bank re-engineer its workflow to make the best use of technology and document output. M&T also will make use of Relizon's web portal, Relizonline, to help employees order and manage documents right from their desktops while maintaining a consistent brand image for the bank across multiple locations.
