CHICAGO, April 7 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that Michael J. Graham will join the company as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller effective May 1, 2005, and that Rebecca J. Bruening has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations & Business Integration. Mr. Graham served most recently as Vice President and Controller of Sears, Roebuck and Co. He previously held senior financial positions at leading companies, including Aegis Communications Group, The Wellbridge Company, Sunbeam, and Quaker Oats. Mr. Graham was also an audit manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he led multi-location, international financial audits. He was graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and with an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago, and is a certified public accountant. "Mike is a results-driven leader who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of accounting. Ms. Bruening joined RR Donnelly in April 2004 as Vice President, Business Integration. Prior to joining RR Donnelley, Ms. Bruening had more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, including serving as Vice President and Treasurer of The Scotts Company, and five years of audit experience at KPMG. She earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska, an M.B.A. in Finance from Ohio State University, and is a certified public accountant. "Rebecca joined RR Donnelley shortly after the acquisition of Moore Wallace in 2004, and has played a continuing key role in our integration efforts," said Thomas J.
